Delicious Raw Cashew Bar

You will love this homemade cashew bar recipe. These delicious bars are FREE of gluten, dairy, soy and refined-sugar, so supports your hormone balance. The recipe is super easy to make and so good for children too – much better than snacking on processed bars with a long list of ingredients!

Makes 2 Bars
  • 4 Tbsp. raw cashews
  • 2/3 cup pitted Medjool dates
  • Dash of pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch ground cinnamon
  • Pinch sea salt
Blend all ingredients in a small food processor until combined. Transfer mixture to a flat surface and roll into small balls or cut into two bars.

Note: Double the recipe if you only have a larger food processor so that you have enough mixture to blend.
